If you’re having a great day and nothing or no one seems to disturb you, do as this old lady did and just dance. Dance your heart out like no one is watching.
Even if they’re all watching and photographing you. Dance because they will eventually grin and possibly join in.
She must have been in high spirits when shopping at Macy’s. Grandma also looks lovely in her coat and scarf!
With her dancing and attitude, she must have been the center of attention back in the day. Even at her age, she still has the party bug. It’s funny how many thirty-somethings complain about knee problems.
The song is ‘Too Good Remix’ by Drake, Rihanna, and Popcaan, and this elderly lady is feeling too good!
‘She was exactly what everyone needed at the time.” She made everyone around her happy, and now she’s making us smile as we watch her. I’m glad this showed up on my radar. “Truly heartwarming!!’ exclaims a delighted viewer.
So, when was the last time you danced your heart out?
Apart from the obvious pleasures of dancing, there are other health benefits to moving your body to the beat. I’m sure you’re aware of these as well.
Dancing is an excellent way to keep both your body and mind in good shape. Dancing has been proved in studies to help people lose weight, maintain flexibility, reduce stress, make friends, and much more.
Dancing may help you remember things better, which may help you avoid dementia as you get older. Aerobic exercise and dance have been demonstrated to help the hippocampus regain volume.
No one wants to forget.
Now with our often busy lives, stress and depression are very real enemies people deal with. Probably why men and women hit up bars for a few drinks and a lot of dancing!
Grandma, on the other hand, does not want a drink or a bar. She’s OK and will dance whenever she feels like it. The store’s employees and other customers are picking up on Grandma’s mood. She’s still dancing with her phone out and her smile huge!
Dancing is said to improve heart health, respiration, and general quality of life. Grandma is now the ideal example of all three, and we can only wish that others will follow in her footsteps.
Grandma turns around and makes her way toward them, and even the others can’t help but smile. While waiting for her order, Grandma began dancing. Everyone was delighted by her visit to Macy’s!
