Jay Pages adored his girlfriend’s daughters and treated them as if they were his own. So when he opened his birthday present to see official adoption papers, he burst into tears.

‘For my birthday, I received my daughter’s adoption paperwork! She’s finally my daughter, and she bears my surname! This is the most incredible day of my entire life!’ Jay added.
