After giving birth to her 11th child, a girl, this mother is no longer the lone girl in her home. She had previously given birth to 10 males in a row.
The first mother in the UK to give birth to 10 boys in a row, Alex’s Brett, couldn’t believe it when she was told she was expecting a girl.
Ales and her husband David flew 50 miles to a clinic that could immediately tell her the gender because they were unable to wait till the birth.
The 39-year-old mother, who lives in the Scottish Highlands with her 44-year-old husband Davd, a truck driver, said she was ‘over the moon” with her new son, Cameron.
‘I was stunned but not outraged. It’s a fantastic feeling to have her here with us now, she lamented.Ten brothers, ranging in age from 2 to 17, will watch out for Cameron.
They’ve generally been much better behaved around her, according to dad Davd, who added that they were trying not to wake her awake.
They want to assist with holding and feeding her as well, which is wonderful.
49 loads of laundry every week
Since all of her sons ‘are special’ to her, Alexs claims she would have been thrilled if her eleventh child had been a boy.
‘Because we were searching for that elusive girl, we frequently get questioned if we had so many kids. I can frankly say ‘no.’ Even though Cameron wasn’t in the plans, she was still delighted.
Despite all these guys running around the house, Alex hates clutter and does 49 loads of laundry per week in addition to daily vacuuming.
Ales declares, ‘We’re definitely stopping now.’ There won’t be any more. I was sorry last time, but this time I really do mean it. As it stands, I adore my family.
Although I never intended to have a big family, I adore it now. Ales, a part-time fitness instructor, expressed her happiness at having fun for the first time purchasing pink items.
