The realtor informed Emily and Dylan that there were 16 feral cats living on the property while they were considering purchasing a farmhouse. They responded immediately when he inquired if that was a deal-breaker. They purchased the home.

Emily started to hang out with the outdoor feral cat colony on their driveway. Initially wary, the cats now approach people to say hello, according to Dylan.

The couple came up with a ‘cat chamber’ after realizing the cats were living in a dilapidated shed and required a decent, safe shelter. As a result, the cats are now ecstatic.

Additionally, Emily and Dylan are content. They acknowledge that at first they were overawed, but now the cats are a part of the family.
