On a rainy, cloudy day in Brazil, Mayane Rodrigues saw something wonderful happen outside her window.

On the street below, a young girl was making her way home from school when Rodrigues noticed her stopping on the slick sidewalk.

Before taking off her backpack, she set down her umbrella and took off her jacket.Rodrigues realized everything was for the girl when he noticed a wet stray puppy at her feet. Rodrigues then observed the girl go away while holding the puppy in her arms.

‘Everything occurred so fast. According to Rodrigues, it was really emotional. I forwarded the video to a friend, who subsequently circulated it around a local group, and I later learned who the angel was.’

Despite being just 12 years old, the girl, Cibley Stiegelmair, had a profound effect on the life of the helpless stray.

Rejane Stigelmair, Cibely’s mother, told The Dodo, ‘I was startled when she arrived with the dog since she was really sweaty and wet from the rain.’

‘Her clothes was covered in blood. Although she claimed she found the dog injured, I previously thought she had been injured.’

Fortunately, the dog wasn’t really hurt, and there wasn’t anything that couldn’t be fixed with some tender loving care.

Cibely is really kind-hearted. She has a great deal of sympathy for stray pets,’ Rejane stated. She would bring everyone home if she could. Cibely welcomed the dog, which she named Pretinha, into the family with open arms.

Although Cibely has made Pretinha’s future seem more promising than in the past, the specifics of her situation are unknown.

Cibely’s mother declared, ‘As parents, we are and always have been proud of Cibely.” “But  now we’re even strong believe in her!’
