A few years ago, a Belarusian family built a 16 square meter micro-house a few kilometers away from Minsk, which had a bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom and balcony.

How did they come up with such an idea? everything is very simple.

They constructed the house themselves. The total cost of supplies and labor was only $4600. Along with furniture, household electronics, and so on. So the house was paid off quickly because they paid more than $500 in rent in Minsk.
