On last night’s episode of Dancing With the Stars, pop superstar Jennifer Lopez and opera icon Andrea Bocelli collaborated on a performance that was nothing short of musical enchantment.
The duo gave a performance of the first single from Andrea’s newest album, which was titled Quizás, Quizás, Quizás.
Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps is a cover of the hit song ‘Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps’ by Doris Day and Rock Hudson, which was included in the film ‘Strictly Ballroom.’
This version of the song is performed in Spanish. At the start of the concert, Andrea is positioned all by herself in front of an orchestra, looking absolutely flawless in a black suit. The drama is amplified by the smoke that curls around his legs.
The audience applauds enthusiastically as he begins to sing, praising both his musical ability and the tune he has chosen to perform. Although it is in Spanish, you can definitely recognize the melody.
Jennifer joins him in singing after he has already performed a few lines. She looks very stunning in a black lace dress that accentuates her curves and shows off her figure.
Even though this is a very different style of music than she typically sings, she has a lovely voice and it shines through here.
In addition, despite the fact that her family is originally from Puerto Rico, Jennifer rarely sings in Spanish in her performances.
Because of how expertly she does it, it is surprising that she does not do it more frequently.
She walks up to Andrea with a broad smile on her face and places a light, gentle touch on his chest with her palm.
As they carry on singing, Andrea gives her a warm grin of welcome and wraps an arm over her back.
