British fashion designer Vivienne Westwood has died Unexpectedly…Look how old she was

British fashion designer Vivienne Westwood died in London at the age of 82, according to the fashion designer’s Instagram page.

‘Vivien continued to do what she loved to design, create, write books and change the world for the better until the very end.

She led an amazing life.Her innovation and influence over the past 60 years have been enormous,’ the statement said.

Westwood is considered the founder of high fashion punk style. Born in 1941 with the surname Swire, she worked as a school teacher and later as a seamstress.

With fashion designer Malcolm McLaren, they opened the clothing store Let It Rock (1971), and a year later renamed it Too Fast to Live,

Too Young to Die, after which they changed the emphasis of the clothing style to rock bikers.

Vivienne Westwood has stores worldwide in the UK, USA, France, Italy, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Guam and South Korea.
