Nicky viewed her situation as fortunate because she had a supportive second husband who had adopted and raised her first daughter as his own, in addition to a loving husband and daughter.

But she never lost sight of her early desire to adopt a kid. Her spouse ultimately consented to the adoption idea once she finally told him.

They spotted Rustam after perusing a number of profiles, and they thought he was the perfect child for them.

Rustam was born with a number of birth defects, including only one limb and congenital facial abnormalities. When his birth mother saw him, she left him.

Rustam had to be fed through a tube, was verbally delayed, and required facial reconstruction despite medical efforts.

When Nicky and her husband first saw Rustam, they weren’t scared and started considering how they could help him.

Over time, they helped Rustam learn how to talk clearly, walk with crutches and a prosthetic, and live a regular life.

At first, people shied away from Rustam out of fear, but Nicky created an Instagram page for him, and his tale quickly gained media attention.

They received invitations to several TV programs, which caused the public to change their perception.

Rustam learns from Nicky not to be self-conscious of his appearance and that a person’s soul is what really counts.

Rustam faces a lot of obstacles, but his kind family will always be there to support him. He is our bliss, claims Nicky.
