A teenage musician was practicing in front of a red piano that was set up by the side of the road. We assume that no one on the street was paying much attention as he prepared to play.

Those walking by are shocked to hear a melodious tune coming from the young man, Harrison Crane, as soon as he begins to gently sweep his fingers across the keys.

Beginning with Robert Miles’ ‘Children,’ Crane chooses to perform a selection of dancing songs from

the 1990s.The familiar tune causes the onlookers to pause and observe the young musician as they perform.

He manages to smoothly segue from that song after a brief section to ‘Blue (Da Ba Dee)’ by Eiffel 65, then quickly follows it with DJ Darude’s ‘Sandstorm.’

The mob at that moment was so large that it encircled him on the small street!Many attendees lingered

to hear Crane sing and to make their time worthwhile; some pulled out their phones to record the show.

As the teenage pianist begins to play ‘Seven Nation Army’ by The White Stripes, the audience starts to sway to the beat and clap their feet.

In his conclusion, he returns to the song ‘Children’ one more. It goes without saying that this young person makes playing the piano seem simple.

Crane plays the street piano with grace and dexterity throughout the performance.He was nevertheless able to play all the notes accurately despite having small fingers.

He gave an almost faultless and smooth performance that gave the impression that playing the piano was simple.

But it’s also admirable that he was able to deliver an outstanding performance in front of such a sizable crowd.

He was already performing at a level above the average pianist for a 12-year-old youngster!

Who knows how big the next audience he plays for will be if he maintains his enthusiasm and keeps playing?
