Introducing Morgan and Madison Mallum.They are a pair that has won awards for clogging.

They are sisters as well as dancing partners.The triplets consist of the sisters and their brother Monroe, who performs clog dancing.

Around a hundred different styles of dancing exist.

The majority of people are familiar with jazz, ballet, salsa, ballroom, and tap dance, but what about clogging?

‘A dance that is done in time with the music to the downbeat usually with the heel keeping pace’ is what clogging is defined as.

Around the middle of the 1700s, when Scottish, Irish, English, and Dutch-German immigrants began to mix, clogging was invented in the Appalachian Mountains.

All of their folk dances were merged into the dance style known as clogging.

Since then, Madison and Morgan’s clog dancing has improved. The modern clog dance has been influenced by,

‘From African Blacks to Russian Gypsies, clogging has embraced many diverse traditions to become really a ‘melting pot’ of step dances,’

according to the Cherokee Indians. Popular culture is causing new elements to seep into dance.

The steps and dances that cloggers do nowadays show influences from tap dancing, Canadian step dancing, Irish hard shoe, even street dancing and hip-hop.

More influences have started to seep into clogging routines as the sport gains popularity.

It only makes sense that since clogging was developed by fusing several dances, it will continue to incorporate new dances.

At the age of five, Madison and Morgan have been performing clog dances.They perform as a duo as well as with ‘Tap This,’ a four-time national champion clogging team.

Joel Harrison is the captain of the clogging group ‘Tap This’. As a team, Madison and Morgan have taken home local, state, and federal honors.

The Madison and Morgan performance was captured on camera at the Knoxville, Tennessee, Clash of Champions.

The pair is prepared to perform because they are dressed alike and smiling similarly.

Since they were little, the girls have been dancing together, and it shows! They are perfectly

synchronized with one another. At the very beginning of their dance, the girls are moving swiftly to the beat!

Their ability to stay in sync with one another is just as stunning as their rapid footwork, which is impressive in and of itself.

They never miss each other’s hands during their routine, which includes numerous maneuvers that call for linking their arms.

The audience is enthralled by their performance and erupts in raucous cheers and ovation whenever they pull off a fantastic trick.

Throughout the entire performance, Madison and Morgan can’t stop grinning. When kids acknowledge how fantastic they are doing, their smiles amplify.
