After the actor lost his son Jett in 2009 while on vacation in the Bahamas and his wife Kelly Preston to cancer in July of 2020,

John Travolta has endured a number of hardships over the past few years.

At the age of 57, Preston lost his battle with breast cancer after a protracted and arduous battle. He died in Florida in July 2020.

Her most well-known roles included those in the films ‘Twins’ and ‘Jerry Maguire,’ among others.

In the year 2020, the Travolta family endured their first Christmas without their cherished grandmother Preston, and it was a very difficult holiday for them.

They have been showing that they are continuing with their lives while keeping Preston’s memory present little by little and step by step.

In addition to being a proud parent as always, John has demonstrated over the past few years that he is a true family man who is there for both of his children, Ella and Benjamin.

For the second year in a row, John and the kids had to spend Mother’s Day apart from Preston in May of 2022.

John took special care to honor his beloved wife, and his moving tribute featured a compilation of old pictures of the Travolta family, showing how deeply they all still miss Preston.

Travolta and Preston met while working together on the production of their 1987 movie ‘The Experts.’ Soon after, they started spending more time together, and in 1991, they got married.

Their children Jett, Ella Bleu, and Benjamin were born throughout the ensuing years.
