Emily Blunt suddenly announced her retirement from acting, and we weren’t upset at all. And that’s why

Emily Blunt is the epitome of success. By the age of 40, she had built a dizzying career and created a strong family,

giving birth to two children to John Krasinski. For the past 5 years, the actress has been shining in the most

high-profile Hollywood films, but recently she suddenly announced her decision to leave the movie for a whole year.

Emily and John have two children, 9-year-old Hazel and 7-year-old Violet. They were the reason Blunt decided to take a long break.

‘I’m taking a break this year. I worked hard last year and my oldest child is 9 and this is the last single digit year,’ Blunt explained.

‘And I just feel like there are some things during the day that are so important when the kids are little.

For example: ‘Will you wake me up? Will you take me to school? Will you pick me up Will you put me to bed? ‘And I just need to be around all of them, I feel like I need it,’ she said.

The actress opened up and told how she and her husband usually spend the morning, and how she enjoys simple little things and every minute spent with her family.

‘We adopted a beautiful puppy.I didn’t want to get a dog, but the kids insisted on it and John didn’t mind.

I love getting up early with this puppy because John and I can have time in the morning and catch up and really talk before the kids are up and all that stuff,’ she said.

Emily, however, did not specify when her long vacation would begin. Most recently, the movie ‘ Oppenheimer’ was released with Blunt in one of the main roles.

And already in October there will be a premiere of the painting ‘Pain Sellers’. In addition, Blunt has several more projects on the way, some for 2024, some without deadlines yet.

Perhaps the actress will just take a year-long break before the shooting of new projects begins. During this time,

she will have time to make up for lost time with her family, but will not lose her influence in Hollywood.

After all, leaving the stage at the very take-off of a career is a bold and risky step.

We are proud of Emily’s decision and wish her this year in peace and harmony with her family. After all, motherhood is a great happiness and changes the lives of many women for the better.
