Video: Donny Osmond captures the audience’s attention with his rendition of ‘You Raise Me Up.’

When Secret Garden’s song ‘You lift me up’ was published in 2002, the Norwegian-Irish duo didn’t find immediate popularity.

Nonetheless, Josh Groban’s rendition of the song is the most well-known of the over 125 covers that have been performed.

It is a song that has shown to be flexible, allowing it to be tailored to the preferred manner of the vocalist,

whether it is performed by well-known musicians, church choirs, or people trying out for television shows.

Maybe this is a tune you’ve never heard Donny Osmond sing before. This rendition of a song that has become a classic shows that this decades-old musician—who was once a member of the Osmonds—still has his voice.

Like the rest of his family, Donny is a Mormon and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Osmond is a fantastic vocalist who captures the gospel-like tone without going overboard like some performers do. Rather than attempting to stand out, Donny blends in well with the group.

Donny Osmond, I am in awe of your exquisite soul! You are a bright example of a clean, moral life to many

in the music business, especially to our generation. Your skills have improved, and you still bring us all a lot of happiness.

Pam, a bystander, uses the following to express herself:

When in times of sorrow, people turn to this song which is popular throughout the world—to lift their spirits in prayer to the Lord.

Furthermore, it makes no difference what denomination you belong to or what church you attend.

It is a song that could appeal to all ages.

After receiving a standing ovation for his performance, Donny shakes hands with the conductor and

a violinist like a true gentlemen. Considering he is in his sixties, Osmond appears to be in excellent shape!

Today’s show will be truly enjoyable for the audience.

Entertainer Donny is back on stage, this time joining renowned American tenor Nathan Pacheco for a rendition of ‘The Prayer.’

This music makes me feel better once more! With their renditions, Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli helped to popularize this song.

Both an Italian and an English solo version were recorded for Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion, respectively.

Dion and Bocelli recorded a duet rendition of ‘The Prayer’ in 1998, which was featured on their respective solo albums that were released in 1998 and 1999.

Donny leads the song in English, projecting the song’s message over the entire audience with a soothing,

powerful voice. After a while, Osmond responds in English, but Pacheco handles everything in Italian.

Subsequently, the intensity escalates as the two men collaborate with the choir to perform an Italian song, their voices reaching new heights as the energy on stage is unleashed.

Viewer Diana Greening expressed her intense feelings, saying, ‘Absolutely the most exquisite, emotional,

heavenly, spiritual, and lovely singing of two amazing songs, and then Nathan Pacheco was stupendous and such a great, great duet with you in ‘The Prayer.’

My heart and soul have been lifted by the two of you and your amazing, amazing vocals and talents. I sincerely appreciate that.

I could spend all of eternity listening to these songs over and over again, just the two of you! I am so grateful to you both for everything.

‘You and your family are always in my prayers and thoughts.’ She is absolutely right in what she has observed.

Add this to your list of favorites. Life is hard, but in some ways, the world has gone absolutely crazy.
