The 48-year-old actress has reportedly been sighted sporting a new hairdo that has divided her fan base.

Jolie, who has long, thick hair and has always been a brunette, seems to be changing things up by going for a much lighter tint that verges on blonde.

Social media was, predictably, the hub of activity. One fan wrote: ‘Blonde doesn’t suit her!!’ For her, only dark hair will do.

‘Sadly, those aren’t the changes she needs to make,’ remarked a second. ‘Her hair makes her look older,’ a third person said. Ick.

‘She probably got a facelift & changed her hair so it wouldn’t be as obvious,’ a fourth person said, accusing the actress of going even farther.

The most current photos of Jolie were purportedly shot while she was leaving Atelier Jolie, a store she founded in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City.
