The hilarious appearances of Steve Martin, Dick Van Dyke, and Betty White on The Carol Burnett Show. Video

Many television programs have been broadcast over the years with the intention of making viewers laugh and offering a little diversion from reality.

A few have achieved greater success than others. However, very few—just a small number of television shows—have gone on to become masterpieces.

Decades after its initial broadcast, The Carol Burnett Show continues to elicit laughter from viewers.

The extraordinarily brilliant cast of The Carol Burnett Show, which includes Carol Burnett and Tim Conway,

is a major factor in the show’s ability to consistently make audiences laugh. However, other comic actors and comedians made appearances on the show in a few episodes.

A video of some of those hilarious celebrity cameos may be found on YouTube. In the opening scene of the video,

Steve Martin tries to attract more people, especially dog lovers. He claims to have devised a comedy that will appeal to man’s best friend.

Many dogs watch TV these days, but there’s not much that they may actually enjoy—maybe a few ads, that’s about it, according to Steve. ‘Well, I’ve developed a canine comedy act.’

In order for Steve to gauge how well his act is working, multiple dogs are even seated in front of him in his piece. However, things proceed about as predicted.

Carol and Betty White make an appearance in a Mama’s Family spoof later in the video. Mama overhears a fight between Betty and Carol. That is not beneficial to any individual.

At last, Carol and Dick Van Dyke share a song. Dick then paints Carol after listening to the song’s lyrics. The two renowned comedians eventually start laughing.
