Ed was shown in a YouTube video visiting a cat café in Japan. Ed made the decision to serenade the cats while he was there.

Ed is sitting in the middle of the room, guitar in hand, and there are cats all around him, gorging themselves.

Ed then asks his four-legged, furry friends if they would want to hear him perform a song. However, the moment he plucks his instrument,

the kitties flee. It seems that the cats were against the idea of having some music to go with their dinner.

A number of people in the room chuckle at the escaping cats. Ed seems downcast by his less than ideal reception.

He perseveres and keeps performing, yet his performances are still poorly accepted. Several cats watch Ed warily, keeping their distance from him.

The video also demonstrates Ed’s encounter with the cats ten years prior, in 2014, and how he was met with a similar response. They fled, rather than lingering to enjoy the free show.

It just proves that not everyone like all genres of music.
