which stretches forty miles along the shores of Virginia and Maryland, is an absolutely stunning location. The breathtaking Assateague horses add to the island’s unspoiled splendor.

Assateague Island is a well-liked vacation spot, but rules are in place to put the welfare of both guests and animals first. Regretfully, there are people who decide to ignore these rules.

Unfortunately, one of them chose to disregard the safety measures and hit a lovely horse with a shovel.

The entire incident was documented on camera, which was posted to the ‘People of the Ocean City Boardwalk’ Facebook page.

In the video, a woman dressed for the beach approaches a wild horse with confidence and a plastic shovel in the hopes that it will help drive it away. But she was about to get an important lesson.

She was warned by another onlooker who yelled, ‘They’re going to kick you.’ The horse reacted quickly, kicking her into the sand despite the warning.

The woman was left stunned and confused by the severity of the blow. The horse did not appear to have had any serious damage, despite appearing uneasy.A moment later, two more horses showed up, as if determined to defend their friend.

There are tight regulations governing visitors to Assateague Island with regard to horses, which forbid touching or feeding them in any way.

Being cautious and keeping a safe distance from the horses is essential because they have been known to act aggressively.

The Assateague Island National Seashore Law Enforcement Rangers and The National Park Service were alerted to the video’s quick rise in popularity on social media.

They stressed the dangers of feeding or stroking untamed horses. The woman’s actions were criticized by the online community.

It’s critical to keep in mind that wild creatures should always be treated with respect and should never be hurt for amusement or rage.

Although it’s unclear if the woman was held accountable for her behavior, the experience surely had a lasting effect on her.
