The True Story of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s 2003 Split is Shared: “I’ve Forgiven You”….Details below

‘The Greatest Love Story Never Told” is Jennifer Lopez’s newest documentary, and it details her recovery process.

She opens up about her romance with Ben Affleck, which lasted nearly 20 years, and their reconciliation in this film.

An in-depth discussion about their history begins when Affleck inquires of Lopez whether she is still harboring any resentment in one scene.

Just three days before her wedding, J.Lo and Ben broke up, as she mentioned in her new documentary.

In the document, she says to him, ‘I believe I was upset with you for a long time.’ However, that heartbreak led both of us to embark on a journey

of self-discovery and personal growth. I believe I fully pardoned you. I believe there are some things I need to forgive myself for.

Later in 2002, the couple got engaged after first meeting on the production of their film Gigli. Their September 2003 wedding was scheduled, but they called off the event a few days beforehand due to ‘excessive media attention.’

Following the called-off wedding, they parted ways for a little while before formally divorcing in January 2004.

Max and Emme, Lopez’s twins, are fifteen years old. Following their breakup, Lopez married singer Marc Anthony.

Regretfully, in 2012, their marriage ended in divorce. Affleck and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner have three children together: Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12. 2015 saw them break up after ten years of dating.

The Selena actor and The Town star’s romance rekindled in the spring of 2021, and in April of 2022, they announced their engagement. After a brief courtship, they got married in July in Las Vegas.

An exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Lopez’s highly anticipated new film, ‘This Is Me…Now: A Love Story,’ can be found in the documentary ‘The Greatest Love Story Never Told.’

The documentary, which was directed by Jason Bergh, gives a close-up glimpse of Lopez’s life and career through interviews with members of her inner circle, longterm partners, and producers.

The filmmaker of the documentary, Dave Meyers, who also directed “This Is Me…Now: A Love Story,’

called the split between Lopez and Affleck ‘catastrophic.’ Lopez acknowledged how difficult it was to lose Affleck, citing the fact that he was both her greatest friend and her true love.

Lopez went into further detail about their breakup in the early 2000s in a different interview, saying that they both had concerns about their relationship’s future.

‘I knew deep down that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him,’ the woman remarked. However, it didn’t seem likely that we would succeed. I was afraid as a result.

Lopez acknowledged to Lowe that at the time, neither of them had the maturity to manage their relationship.

They were not prepared to really commit to and work on their relationship, despite the fact that she was in her early 30s and he was in his late 20s. ‘We were simply not there yet,’ she clarified.
