Paris Hilton celebrated her baby boy Phoenix’s first birthday with a lavish celebration. Stars like

Kelly Osbourne and Rumer Willis joined in on the fun at her residence, with the theme being ‘Silving Under the Sea.’

With fish-shaped balloons and seaweed decorations, Hilton’s patio appeared to be an aquatic world in celebration videos.

Music from The Little Mermaid played in the background, while white seats with cushions shaped like starfish were arranged like coral.

Hilton, who turned one on January 16, gave an explanation of the theme, stating, ‘We have a ‘Sliving Under the Sea’ theme for Phoenix’s first birthday.’

Phoenix and London Marilyn, who is two months old, are Hilton and Carter Reum’s children. A surrogate gave birth to both of the children.

In an Instagram birthday tribute, Hilton thanked Phoenix for becoming his mother and described him as a ‘dream come true.’
