Her 6 sons were criticized daily because of their long hair, but when the children were cut, people hid their eyes in shame for their words…Video

When you see someone doing something that you think is strange or inappropriate, ask yourself: is it affecting anyone else?

If the answer is no, then you should probably walk away and stay out of other people’s business.

It’s not up to you to decide what’s best for others, especially if you haven’t even bothered to find out why they do what they do.

Phoebe Cannisto is the mother of six sons: five-year-old triplets, eight-year-old twins and one ten-year-old child.

The family lives in Cheektowaga, New York, and until recently all six boys had very long hair.

Hair length is an example of each individual’s personal choice that does not negatively impact anyone else, and we should all respect that.

Regardless of whether you like your neighbor’s hairstyle or not, you should not interfere by expressing

your opinion if the person is satisfied with everything and is completely satisfied.Just imagine, would you like it if someone started laughing at your appearance?

However, many people don’t seem to understand such simple things and can’t help but make comments, particularly about little boys’ hair.

Throughout the period while the brothers were growing their hair, they were bullied because of its length.

It was not only their peers who were involved in this; unnecessary and unfair judgments and unflattering comments often came from adults. After all, adults always know what is best!

However, none of these people knew for what special purpose the boys decided to grow their hair.

It all started when their friend, close in age, died of cancer. The death of a friend had a huge impact on the children,

after which they decided to do something to help people fight this insidious disease. So six brothers

decided to grow their hair so that they could then donate it to the non-profit organization Children with Hair Loss.

It took a long time, but in the end the boys were able to donate over 5 meters of hair!
