Kelly Clarkson’s adorable rendition of The Beach Boys’ ‘Don’t Worry Baby’

One of the most recognizable and adored bands of all time is The Beach Boys. The lads have recorded a few timeless and iconic songs since the band’s decades-old existence.

Songs with exquisite harmonies include “Good Vibrations,’ ‘California Girls,’ ‘Sloop John B,’ and ‘God Only Knows.’

Their songs will live on in memory and probably be covered for a very long time to come. Mrs. Kelly Clarkson, the first American Idol winner, is now one of those musicians covering a Beach Boys song.

Kelly does a fantastic job with her rendition of ‘Don’t Worry Baby.’ She belts out the lines that The Beach Boys made famous in the beginning using her distinctive voice.

Nobody will ever be able to surpass The Beach Boys’ classic rendition of this well-loved hit song. Kelly Clarkson, though, is the one with the ability to give it a shot.

After Kelly’s amazing vocal performance, the studio audience lets out a whooping cheer and lets her

and her band know how much they appreciate them. Kelly provides additional context on The Beach Boys song after her performance.

Kelly stated, ‘Brian Wilson claimed in his memoir that he created it after hearing The Ronette song ‘Be My Baby,’ which is also incredibly iconic.

‘He apparently called his lyricist as soon as he heard that for the first time, and within an hour of writing the words,

Brian knew he had a hit’.
And Brian was right! Like previous songs by The Beach Boys, this one has endured over time.
