A teenager’s outstanding audition leads to a rare four-chair turn on The Voice.

Serenity Arce, a 16-year-old girl, was able to accomplish this precisely because she had learned from her previous setback. In a video that was uploaded to YouTube, Serenity sang a rendition of ‘This City.’

Almost immediately after she began, all four judges gave her the finger and moved their chairs to accommodate her.

It had to be a record of some sort because John Legend, Reba McEntire, Chance the Rapper, and Dan + Shay turned things around so fast.

Serenity revealed that she had tried out for the show a few years prior following her amazing blind audition.

Nevertheless, the young lady didn’t give up and declare that music wasn’t for her; instead, she got back up and tried again.

Her perseverance and tenacity also made a huge difference. Her voice and singing technique were praised by all four judges, who showered her with compliment after compliment.

John even gave her a congrats for not giving up.

We’ve all had somebody tell us ‘No,’ and we’ve had to come back and say, ‘No, I’m going to try again,’

so I’m really proud of you for coming back here, he added. And it’s how we arrived at our current location.
