A Blind Child of Eight Years Old Captivates Audiences with His Remarkable Organ Skills

One of the people who has been endowed with the ability to produce exquisite sounds is Nykoda Icke.

The young man, who was diagnosed with bilateral retinoblastoma when he was very young, has not allowed his lack of sight to stop him from playing the organ, piano, and keyboard.

In the brief footage, the young man can be seen playing an organ and keyboard in addition to performing one of Van Halen’s greatest hits, ‘Jump.’

That’s not all, though. Nykoda had the opportunity to perform alongside the world-famous organist Hector Olivera after he and his mother had attended one of his concerts.

The young man’s musical prowess left Hector utterly amazed.

Nykoda’s mother, Maraynna Icke, provided a compelling reason for her son’s ability to play such instruments in spite of his blindness.

‘His brain has so much room to crave other stimuli because he is blind, and music just kind of fills that void,’the expert explained.

What a remarkable and extraordinarily gifted young kid who doesn’t let his disabilities stop him.
