An 11-year-old boy performed a song about an abandoned child so emotionally that one of the judges could not hold back tears. Video

Every family has its own sad story, because no family is perfect. Even in those families that look perfect from the outside, there are stories of heartbreak, tragedy and loss.

It does not happen without it. The only thing that matters is how you deal with the problem and how you want to live the rest of your life.
One mother is a vivid example of how to raise an amazing boy who turned his sadness into triumph.

Thomas, from North Wales, is 11 years old and once took part in the show ‘The Voice Kids’. Although he did not go further, his story deeply touched the hearts of millions of viewers.

For his performance, the boy chose Kelly Clarkson’s song ‘Piece By Piece’ an emotionally charged composition about the heartache she experienced when her father left her at a young age.

It’s a song about how she went through her childhood trauma and how she had to pick up the pieces of her heart.

Unfortunately, Thomas looks a lot like her. His father left when he was only 5 years old. According to his mother: ‘It was a difficult time for him.

He could not understand and realize what was happening. But he showed that you can get out of this situation and be well-adjusted, happy and talented.’

Thomas sang at the top of his lungs, in a beautiful, sweet angelic voice that came from a place of pain.

In the end, he received some encouraging feedback from all three judges, and one of them, Danny, showed a really insightful reaction: he started to tell his story, presumably the same as Thomas’s, but couldn’t finish it!

He stopped, choked with emotion. He was truly moved by the performance. Watch the video below to see and hear this unforgettable performance.
