The world has never looked the same after Dolly Parton, the legendary American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, actress, author, businessman, and humanitarian.

Having sold more than 100 million records globally, she is considered one of the most prosperous and beloved female country music performers ever.

With more than 3,000 songs under her belt, Parton’s repertoire includes beloved hits like ‘Jolene,’ ‘I Will Always Love You,’ and ‘9 to 5.’

She has starred in a number of well-known movies as an actress, including Steel Magnolias, Rhinestone, and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.

In addition to her accomplishments in acting and music, Parton has founded the Dollywood Foundation,

the Imagination Library, and the Dollywood theme park, all of which give free books to children from low-income families.

Numerous honors have been bestowed upon her during her remarkable career, including her admission into the Country Music Hall of Fame and eleven Grammy Awards.

Nine-year-old Alyvia Alyn Lind has also created waves in her own right, despite their significant age difference.

She started her acting career at the age of four, and her roles as a young Dolly in Hallmark TV films like Dolly Parton’s Coat of Many Colors and Dolly Parton’s Christmas of Many Colors helped her rise to fame.

Dolly and Alyvia get together to play a song that Dolly wrote, ‘Angel Hill,’ in a touching scene that was shown on television.

Dolly says that although though the song was included in the Coat of Many Colors film, she actually penned it years earlier as a way to deal with the death of her younger brother.
