People have come up with many creative ways to entertain an audience over the years. Mostly on talent shows, the list includes things like cat training, high jumping, and fire-spitting individuals.
With this pace of innovation, the entertainment sector will gladly weather any storm. Have we not all binge-watched America’s Got Talent to cheer on a friend or just to kill time? It was curiosity for me.
How does one get the audience to laugh? Consider the ventriloquist Paul Zerdin. Indeed, we have witnessed humans interacting with puppets.
The discussion is entertaining and rather contentious at the same time. However, you have to step it up a notch when you are in the quarterfinals of a performance of this caliber.
That’s precisely what Paul did, though. It appeared as though he was preparing a humorous skit.
At first, he is acting out his routines with his puppet, Sam, looking as snarky as ever. Sam and Paul started to argue.
The argument over who is more dependent on the other arises at a certain point. Then Paul storms off, leaving him to handle the rest of the performance on his own.
As stated, Sam continues on his own without Paul. See how it all works out here, and then tell us what you thought by posting a Facebook comment!
