Ed Sheeran Performs a Surprise Improvised Duet with a Well-Known Subway Singer

Mike Yung, a subway singer, received an incredible surprise from famous musician Ed Sheeran in a heartwarming event that was caught on camera.

Mike was playing in Brooklyn’s Church Avenue subway station. He became well-known through social media and America’s Got Talent.

The 32-year-old Ed Sheeran surprised Mike Yung on a Monday as the two were recording a rendition of Sheeran’s most recent song, ‘Eyes Closed.’

Mike, who gained notoriety for performing Ed Sheeran’s ‘Thinking Out Loud’ in the America’s Got Talent semifinals,

was overjoyed to share the stage with his idol in the location where he first began his musical career.

This coincidental encounter was followed by the pair’s performance of ‘Eyes Closed.’ Sheeran’s Special Present to Yung Sheeran gave Yung tickets to his show at Brooklyn’s Kings Theatre, which enhanced the surprise.
