The unexpected visit of U.S. Airman Brian Whitefield to his son’s school, Central R3 Middle School in Park Hills, Missouri, during his math lesson, was met with tears of joy.

After spending most of the year away from home, Landon, the son of the military parent, was taken aback to see his father when he saw him in the classroom wearing his uniform.

It took him a few moments to realize what was happening before he gave his father a fierce hug. The touching reunion was also caught on tape, complete with teary eyes.

As they saw their friend Landon’s tearful reunion with his father, the entire class became silent. They were all brought to tears by the sight of such a touching reunion.
