The judges of “Voice” changed their minds over Senior’s 1961 hits by Etta James. Check out video below

Rita Roeland, 65, had long since given up on her dream of being a singer, but she was persuaded to try out for a singing competition by her daughter.

Rita decided to perform the Etta James song “At Last” on The Voice of Flanders. All four of the competing coaches on The Voice Senior were utterly destroyed by this competitor from Herzele, Belgium.

They considered it to be among the most outstanding performances they had ever witnessed. Rita took a while to relax and let her voice sing freely,

but once she did, the judges were all sitting up and taking notice of her performance because of her passion and musical ability.

Helmut Lotti was the first judge to turn, and the two judges who followed him did so almost at the same time. Rita ultimately made the decision that she wanted to join the Lotti team.

This covert avian chose a song that has been played by well-known performers including Beyoncé, Aretha Franklin, and Celine Dion.

What surprised everyone about Rita Roeland’s performance was that her voice and range are comparable to those of the most gifted contestants on The Voice Senior.

She sings the song “At Last,” which has been around for a while, flawlessly every time she does it since her voice fits the song perfectly.
