The one saving grace in this situation is the knowledge of how intelligent and resilient children can be, especially when faced with a crisis. <\/p>\n
Children recall their training and leap into action, and one of the skills we teach them is how to cry for help if they need it.
\nOne girl used this information to save her father’s life.<\/p>\n
Savannah of Indiana, who was five years old at the time, ended up saving her father’s life since she understood how to phone 911 while her father was experiencing chest pains. She maintained her calm and effectively communicated. <\/p>\n
She also made them laugh till they were in tears.
\nIn fact, the 911 phone call that was recorded became viral as a result of the incident. <\/p>\n
When operator Jason Bonham asked as to what was wrong with the little girl, she was able to provide him with specific information. <\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\u201cUm\u2026 my dad can\u2019t hardly breathe,\u201d she told him. <\/p>\n
Bonham made certain that an ambulance was sent to their home as soon as possible. <\/p>\n
\u201cOK\u2026 you need to come reaalll fast!\u201d she told him.<\/p>\n
He reassured her that they were on their way to her destination. Bonham then asked as to if her father was still awake, to which she responded that he was. <\/p>\n
Bonham asked as to whether the door was unlocked.
\nShe had to check with her father, who informed her that it wasn’t. Her next step was to follow Bonham’s directions and open the door so that the emergency responders could gain access to their house.<\/p>\n
In the meanwhile, she made it a point to comfort her father. <\/p>\n
\u201cDon\u2019t worry Dad!\u201d Savannah maintained her composure throughout the conversation. <\/p>\n
Savannah responded to each and every question that was given to her.
\n\u201cCan you ask him if this has ever happened before?\u201d he asked. <\/p>\n
\u201cNo, so far so good,\u201d she said. “He’s still awake.” <\/p>\n

Despite the fact that it is just an audio recording, it seems as if the small girl is maintaining her composure despite the frightening scenario.<\/p>\n
In the end, Savannah’s father was safe and sound, and the little girl was considered a hero. However, this endearing 911 recording has everyone in hysterical laughter. <\/p>\n
