\u2018This system generates horrific noises at night,\u2019a local woman claims, \u2018it screams like a wolf, and it started a year ago.\u2019<\/p>\n
The building’s owners couldn’t explain why they needed so many pipes here. The silver pipes are almost everywhere on the walls of this structure. <\/p>\n
However, the photographer could not hear the sounds while he was there; he believes that it becomes loud only at night for some reason.<\/p>\n
