This applies to both high-rise buildings and private houses. <\/p>\n<p>Even if a person likes classical architecture, it is unlikely that someone from us would buy a hundred-year-old house in order to invest in it enough money to build a house from \u2018scratch\u2019. <\/p>\n<p>In the West, everything is different.  Firstly, there are many luxurious old houses there, secondly, along with the house, a person acquires a very expensive plot of land in a good location.<\/p>\n<p>1.This beautiful old house was built in 1882.  It became famous after filming the 4th season of the series \u2018Stranger Things\u2019.
