Spastic Cerebral Palsy, a disorder that has a significant impact on Conner’s ability to walk, was identified in him at the age of nine months. <\/p>\n

On a Disney Cruise, he nevertheless walks inspirationally to Mickey Mouse despite his illness.<\/p>\n

Conner can be seen in the video using his cane and willpower to cross the deck of a Disney Cruise ship in order to see Mickey Mouse, one of his favorite Disney characters. <\/p>\n

Conner is supported by his family and the school mascot as the emotional scene is brought to a close by Mickey Mouse giving Conner a big embrace. <\/p>\n

Conner was born 15 weeks early on the anniversary of his parents’ union. In his native Michigan, he spent the most of his first year of life in intensive care facilities. <\/p>\n

Soon after birth, his disease, necrotizing enterocolitis, which resulted in the loss of more than half of his small intestine, was identified. <\/p>\n

Conner was able to quit using his uncomfortable feeding tube and begin eating solid food around the time of his third birthday thanks to the help of his family and a group of medical professionals who were committed to helping him. <\/p>\n

Sweet Conner, who is currently in the second grade, is a source of encouragement for people with cerebral palsy. <\/p>\n

Aside from his famous walk to Mickey, he has also appeared in his school’s musical and walked the catwalk during New York Fashion Week. <\/p>\n

In order to increase his mobility, Conner continues to attend speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy sessions each week. <\/p>\n

Conner’s medical and therapeutic team is astounded by how much better he has become at such a young age and is inspired by his perseverance. <\/p>\n

\u2018I’ve got the simple part. All I do is the operation. These kids work extremely hard. Through the prolonged rehabilitation, they maintain such a positive attitude, <\/p>\n

according to Dr. Marupudi, a pediatric neurosurgeon who has been assisting Conner and his parents. <\/p>\n

Conner perseveres in his career and serves as an inspiration to others despite having spent his entire life overcoming obstacles.<\/p>\n
