Nonna Franca, the 94-year-old woman knows perfectly well that music is the food of the soul and of love. <\/p>\n

She never missed a concert of her favorite band, Cosimo and the Hot Coals, until her health deteriorated and she was bedridden.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Nonna was a big fan of Cosimo and the Hot Coals, a Milanese band with a great repertoire of Hot Jazz music. <\/p>\n

The group consisted of five members played at swing dance events, festivals in Italy and far from its borders, in jazz clubs.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Franca never missed the opportunity to be present at the concerts of the group and to enjoy the special moment. <\/p>\n

However, over the years, she weakened so that she could no longer be present in the concerts.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

When the members of the group learned of her sad situation, they wanted to prepare a surprise for their devoted fan.The group played a serenade in honor of this old lady in her bedroom. <\/p>\n

\u2018A 94-year-old woman loves us very much. She would like to be present at our concerts, but she can’t do it anymore. <\/p>\n

That’s why, from time to time, we go down to her house to perform a song by her bed.Each time, her emotions are indescribable.\u2019<\/p>\n

It should be noted that Franca’s grandson, Michele Capasso, is the band’s drummer.<\/p>\n
