what is intended to be a truly amazing act of compassion can instead turn into a participant’s worst nightmare. <\/p>\n
The waitress at the Oven and Tap restaurant in Bentonville, Arkansas, experienced just that. Employees of the nearby Witly business enterprise came <\/p>\n
here for dinner one day following a fruitful conference. Each of the gentlemen at the meal left a $100 tip for the waitress when it came time to settle the bill.<\/p>\n

In reality, Witly planned and ran a gathering called the \u2018$100 Club Dinner,\u2019 or \u2019$100 Dinner Club Challenge.\u2019 <\/p>\n
They wanted to do something really admirable to thank the servers who would serve them, according to Grant Wise, founder and president of Witly. <\/p>\n
As a result, server Ryan Brandt was given a $4,400 tip at the conclusion of the meal! It was a huge chunk of money! <\/p>\n
\u2019It was terrific and really amazing to witness her reaction,\u2019 remarked Grant Wise. This experience will be with me forever, and I think it will improve her life. <\/p>\n
And I sincerely hope that this deed of ours will encourage many others to host such \u2018100-dollar club dinners.\u2019<\/p>\n

I want to express my gratitude to everyone who assisted us in leaving a $4,400 tip. What took place next? <\/p>\n
Two servers who worked at the celebration would have to split this enormous sum. To their amazement, <\/p>\n
the manager informed them that such a huge tip should be split among all of their coworkers as well as the restaurant management. <\/p>\n
She alleges that in her more than three years of employment there, Ryan Brandt has never been requested to give her tips. <\/p>\n
Grant Wise demanded that the money be returned to his company’s employees when he learned what the restaurant <\/p>\n
management planned to do. He then personally gave the money to the waitress outside the restaurant.<\/p>\n

Nonetheless, this ended up being a problem. The girl lost her job. What was the cause of the firing? <\/p>\n
The fact that she let the client know what the management wanted for the tip section. Ryan Brandt was fired, but Oven and Tap did not clarify why; <\/p>\n
they did, however, confirm that the tip was given back to the guests. It’s difficult to even fathom how disappointing <\/p>\n
the entire situation was\u2014not just for Ryan Brandt, but also for the Witly staff members who planned the \u2019$100 club dinner\u2019! <\/p>\n
These individuals merely attempted to enhance the work of the wait staff, but the restaurant management spoiled everything! Grant Wise nevertheless came to the following conclusion:<\/p>\n

“But, I sincerely hope that we would encourage others to be kind and giving. And I also hope that many <\/p>\n
people would decide to organize similar activities in an effort to improve someone’s life. By the way, Witly staff members were aware of Ryan Brandt’s termination. <\/p>\n
For her financial help, they planned a fundraiser! Yeah, motivation for good deeds is something we all need. <\/p>\n
