Immi Davis gave a performance on the London Palladium stage for the venerable talent show, and <\/p>\n
fans were shocked when she disclosed her age after belting out an excellent rendition of \u2018I Put a Spell on You.\u2019<\/p>\n

In answer to a question from judge Simon Cowell about why she chose the well-known song, Davis responded, quoting herself, <\/p>\n
\u2018It’s because I’ve been practicing it.\u2019 Davis entered the competition with an already excellent stage presence. The playing field is level.<\/p>\n
The song was then totally screamed out by Davis, proving that musical skill is independent of age. <\/p>\n
The audience was even more shocked when the talented vocalist revealed to the judges that she is just nine years old.<\/p>\n
