On Sunday, a scared driver informed a Hillsborough County deputy that his wife was going to give <\/p>\n

birth on the side of a Florida highway. The driver’s position was ideal because he was at the right location at the right moment.<\/p>\n

In response to a cry for assistance, Master Deputy Daniel \u2018Red\u2019 Jones \u2018sprang into action,\u2019 according to a statement from the sheriff’s office.<\/p>\n

The 21-year veteran is seen in the video gripping the woman’s hand and urging her to keep breathing.<\/p>\n

While they waited for more help, the two talked, but it soon became evident that the baby was not going to wait. <\/p>\n

After the mother of six informed the deputy that her baby was \u2018coming,\u2019 a healthy baby girl was delivered shortly after.<\/p>\n

The proud mother can then see Jones cradling the infant in the next cut of the film.<\/p>\n

He remarked, \u2018That’s a beautiful sound,\u2019 as the young child began to cry. \u2018Look at your lovely young lady.\u2019<\/p>\n

Shortly after the baby was delivered, Hillsborough County Fire Rescue responded to the scene and took the mother and kid both to the hospital for evaluation.<\/p>\n

Jones has assisted a resident with childbirth three times, according to Sheriff Chad Chronister, who lauded him for his prompt action and commitment to serve his community. <\/p>\n

Although the mother of six had not intended to give birth in the front seat of a car, Master Deputy Jones <\/p>\n

reassured her that she was in capable hands. All the pleasure and joy to mom, dad, and their new baby girl. Congratulations!\u2019<\/p>\n
