The best approach to maintain one’s heritage’s history and culture is to pass it on to the next generation. Traditions that are still followed are valid today.<\/p>\n

Every year, we observe festivals and rituals to remind ourselves of our origins and our development as we anticipate the upcoming years.<\/p>\n

This performance by two cute little girls dressed in traditional attire is a wonderful illustration of preserving culture.<\/p>\n

They are sporting dancing shoes and Highland tartan clothing.<\/p>\n

Highcuts and Pas de Basques are being performed.<\/p>\n

The routine belongs to the Highland dances, a form of competitive dancing that emerged in the Scottish Highlands <\/p>\n

in the 19th and 20th centuries, and is primarily performed with the feet. The workout plan also includes upper body motions.<\/p>\n

These are frequently shown in open-air gatherings like the Highland Games.<\/p>\n

The routine allegedly evolved from a Gaelic folk dance, but it also draws inspiration from other cultures outside of the Highland ways.<\/p>\n

Their ghillies are never forgotten.
\nAdditionally, the highland dancers don unique ghillies or shoes that aid in balance.<\/p>\n

With bagpipes playing in the background, the two little girls performed the traditional Highland Dance to celebrate this rare occasion.<\/p>\n

One of the audience members recorded their lovely performance. Locals and visitors may get together and have fun together as a community thanks to Summer Nights.<\/p>\n

The girls marched through the middle of what appeared to be a roadway as crowds gathered to the sides to watch as the bagpipes began to play.<\/p>\n

Everyone’s feet were firmly planted.<\/p>\n

The girls bowed at the front of the line and then began to bounce side to side while dancing with their feet and hands on their waists.<\/p>\n

For their age, each jump was just as remarkable as the last.<\/p>\n

They began to march along while waving their hands as the bagpipes played, then they resumed their side-to-side leaping.<\/p>\n

These youthful dancers had mastered the technique of landing on the balls of their feet each time. In addition, students should coordinate the usage of their hands and arms with the footsteps.<\/p>\n

These young girls are on their way to become excellent Highland dancers even though this is just the beginning of their commitment to the dances.<\/p>\n
