Putri Ariani, a talented young singer from Indonesia, nearly won over the judges on America’s Got Talent.<\/p>\n

Despite being blind, the 17-year-old continues to pursue her goals.<\/p>\n

The fact that people only see me as a blind person and not as a musician is my biggest struggle.<\/p>\n

However, I feel like, uh, a rockstar when I’m singing.<\/p>\n

She quickly shares the fantasy with judge Sofia Vergara and the others after arriving in America for the first time.<\/p>\n

I want to realize my ambition, so I’m hoping to win America’s Got Talent.<\/p>\n

Putri was born in the province of Riau.
\nDue to her mother’s medical issues, she was born early in December 2005. <\/p>\n

Three months later, Putri received the diagnosis of blindness. However, this talented Indonesian woman will not let her disability hold her back.<\/p>\n

Putri’s parents and Terry Crews were watching from backstage as she sat down and started playing the piano for her enthralling performance.<\/p>\n

Her original song \u2018Loneliness\u2019 won hearts, and she balanced it out with flawless pop tones, vocal experience, and incredible control.<\/p>\n

As Putri completed singing her ballad, the audience stood up to applaud and yell. Simon Cowell then got up from his chair and walked over to the stage to introduce himself to Putri.<\/p>\n

Soon after, her father joined Simon to talk.<\/p>\n

She performed \u2018Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word\u2019 as requested by the distinguished judge \u2018because he enjoyed Putri’s voice so much.\u2019<\/p>\n

Sofia was perplexed at first, but everything became evident. The Elton John and Bernie Taupin classic was dedicated to Cowell by the Indonesian sensation.<\/p>\n

You are a rock star, Howie Mandel continued. Heidi Klum said, \u2018You sounded really great tonight.<\/p>\n

\u2018You’re 17. You compose music. Your voice is so distinctive and beautiful. And by really, really good, I mean. You kind of have a glow about you,” Simon continued.<\/p>\n

Putri continues by revealing her aspiration to attend Juilliard, one of the most renowned performing arts colleges in the world, which is located in New York.<\/p>\n

Simon then activates his golden buzzer, bringing Putri immediately to the live shows.<\/p>\n

He declared, \u2018She’s brilliant.\u2019<\/p>\n

When Simon returned to the stage to congratulate Putri, he whispered in her ear, \u2018I think you are one of the best singers we’ve ever had on our show.<\/p>\n
