After suffering a \u2018long weekend\u2019 of drinking, Goodman came to the conclusion that his habit was becoming worse and becoming unmanageable. <\/p>\n
He called his wife when he realized he needed assistance. Goodman stated, \u2018She made some calls and <\/p>\n
she got me into a treatment center.\u2019 And after detoxing there, I made the decision I liked the feeling.<\/p>\n
Goodman continued to put his health first and started losing weight while still focusing on getting sober. <\/p>\n
He once reportedly weighed nearly 400 pounds, according to Page Six. The actor, on the other hand, started working hard to lose weight in 2007 and kept it off.<\/p>\n
\u2018Back in the day,\u2019 Goodman recalled, \u2018I would take three months off, drop 60 or 70 pounds, reward myself with a six-pack <\/p>\n
