The music video for Queen’s These Are the Days of Our Lives has been making waves online since it was posted. This is probably the most recent footage of Freddie Mercury. <\/p>\n

The single was released just two months before the singer’s death, leaving Queen fans around the world in utter dismay.<\/p>\n

According to Smooth Radio, Freddie Mercury had only a few months left to live after the video’s release. <\/p>\n

The singer was dying due to health complications associated with an AIDS diagnosis. In the video for These Are the Days of Our Lives, you can easily see the painful state of the idol.<\/p>\n

I even had to make the music video black and white. Back then, it was a completely practical move, not a stylistic choice. <\/p>\n

Mercury was suffering from complications of his illness and looked so haggard and sick that the directors tried to smooth this fact out a bit with black and white shots.<\/p>\n
