<\/p>\nThey’ve been together longer than many married celebrity couples, yet they’re not married. Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell are one of Hollywood’s most adored couples, <\/p>\n
and while they remain completely loyal to one other, the prospects of them marrying are minimal to none.<\/p>\n
\u2018Why should we?\u2019 Isn’t that a more pertinent question?\u2019 When CNN’s Chris Wallace inquired why the two weren’t married, Hawn said.<\/p>\n

Hawn, 77, was recently on Wallace’s show, Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace?, where they talked about her hesitation to marry Russell.<\/p>\n
\u2018When things don’t work out, it becomes big business,\u2019 Hawn explained. The actress, whose previous two marriages ended in divorce, remarked that divorce is \u2018always ugly.\u2019<\/p>\n
\u2018Someone needs to take a look and ask, ‘How many divorces are actually fun?’\u2019 How many divorces are truly free of charge? <\/p>\n
How many divorces make you loathe the person even more than before? How many divorces have caused harm to children?\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n

Like Wallace, one may claim that Hawn and Russell would not divorce because they had been together for 40 years, <\/p>\n
but no one knows for sure. Furthermore, Hawn like the thought of waking up every morning and making the decision to be in a relationship.<\/p>\n
\u2018I mean, relationships are hard,\u2019 she continued. \u2018They aren’t always simple. We have to overcome numerous obstacles. We agree on things we believe in and things we don’t believe in.\u2019<\/p>\n
