In a 1978 episode of \u2018The Carol Burnett Show,\u2019 Burnett disclosed that she worked out every day for at least 30 minutes. She even performed sit-ups in front of a live audience. <\/p>\n
Burnett told The Hollywood Reporter that she used her treadmill for 30 to 45 minutes a day while everyone was cooped up in their houses during the pandemic to keep fit. <\/p>\n
She also took walks around the neighborhood. Regarding eating well, Burnett admitted to eating enchiladas despite her age, <\/p>\n
claiming that since she was born in Texas, the Tex-Mex treat was the first meal she could recall having when she was just three years old. <\/p>\n
Burnett said of her age, \u2018I still feel like I’m about 11, but I’m amazed,\u2019 to People Magazine, adding that she \u2018m\u2019can’t wrap\u2019 her mind around it. <\/p>\n

Burnett, who is currently celebrating her 90th birthday, was a guest on \u2018Jimmy Kimmel Live,\u2019 where Kimmel <\/p>\n
talked about how she influenced his family’s culture while they were still watching her on television.<\/p>\n
In her poised appearance on the late-night talk program, Burnett wore a stylish black suit coat with white lapels. <\/p>\n
She accessorized the ensemble with a slender gold pendant necklace and black and silver hoop earrings. <\/p>\n
\u2018I’m just thrilled to be here and I’m happy that, at this age, I’ve got all my parts,\u2019 she said to Kimmel. \u2018I’ve got my hips, my knees, and I think my brain.”<\/p>\n
