Steven Northam said that he had purchased the front portion of an old Boeing 737-200 in a video posted on his YouTube channel in February 2023.<\/p>\n
Northam revealed that the plane just happened to show up on eBay in an August 2023 interview with Insider, and he was immediately enthralled by it.<\/p>\n
He explained to the outlet that it was unique, and he then considered it as a potential commercial endeavor.<\/p>\n
Although the front portion of the airplane was no longer functional because it had already been separated from the rest of its components, he nevertheless paid over \u00a35,000 (about $6,165) for it.<\/p>\n
He initially gave up trying to move it, but when the original owner became involved with the shipping, it eventually showed up where he intended to set it up.<\/p>\n

on the repair of the interior alone, in addition to repainting the exterior to make it appear brand-new.<\/p>\n
According to what he said to the publication, he first worked on the project alone. “I did the whole thing, single-handedly, a three-month endeavor… Basically just me by myself.<\/p>\n
The majority of the seats were first removed, and Northam had brand-new floorboards installed along with a carpet to give the room a cozy feel.<\/p>\n
After completing his initial step, he had a large empty space, so he separated the airplane into various sections.<\/p>\n
Northam finally succeeded in his Airbnb idea after spending more than \u00a320,000 (about $24,679) on the full project, which included the transportation and the general restoration.<\/p>\n
