Despite their busy lives and schedules, a group of Texas couples made the decision more than 30 years ago to guarantee <\/p>\n
themselves a lifetime of group vacations.To live nearer to one another and environment, the couples made the decision to found their own modest community.<\/p>\n

They’ve built the \u2018Llano Exit Strategy,\u2019 a neighborhood outside Austin, Texas, which comprises of four tiny homes with a view of the Llano River. <\/p>\n
They spoke about their options while enjoying some wine and food. Their options, according to Outside, <\/p>\n
included investing in a fleet of luxury Airstream trailers or buying a piece of land on the Texas coast, both of which were pricy and remote.<\/p>\n
They became a more logical group after they finally gathered in one place. The \u2018exit strategy\u2019 of the four couples <\/p>\n
had to get them within 90 minutes of Austin because three of the four couples lived there. Otherwise, <\/p>\n
visiting and keeping in touch would be challenging. The four couples must be able to spend as much time together in the living room as feasible.<\/p>\n
Additionally, each pair requires a private bathroom and bedroom, and the home should be as ecologically friendly as possible. <\/p>\n
Jodi Zipp and Fred Zipp, her husband, led the hunt. According to Jodi, they wanted a place where they <\/p>\n
could all spend a lot of time together eating, drinking, and hanging out but yet being able to separate when necessary.<\/p>\n

In states like Vermont, California, and Colorado, the tiny-house craze was expanding. Miniature homes, which are typically less than 1,000 square feet, <\/p>\n
were created in real life after being styled to appear fashionable online due to the 2008 financial crisis and the idea that less is more when it comes to living spaces. <\/p>\n
