Woodhouse was recently questioned about the secret to her amazing physique, and her surprising response is more straightforward than you may expect.<\/p>\n

Recently, a fan of Woodhouse enquired, \u2018You look wonderful, I can’t believe it!! What’s your little secret? She replied, \u2018My secret is Nivea, which I’ve used for probably 70 years.\u2019<\/p>\n
I used to take a hot bath, get out, dry myself, and then I would apply the cream while my body was still hot,” Woodhouse continued. <\/p>\n
She went on to say that the cream had a different texture back then than it does now, which is why she said, \u2018I had to warm it first to make it soft.\u2019<\/p>\n

Woodhouse also attributes her excellent physical condition to her eating habits. She admitted that she never went on a diet and that she always indulges in the meals she wants.<\/p>\n
I don’t follow any foolish diets,” she said. Simply said, I eat what I want and what brings me joy.<\/p>\n

She continued by mentioning how much she adores English cuisine but that now that she resides in a warmer area, she is eating more salads. <\/p>\n
Woodhouse asserts, \u2018I’ll never not have my pies,\u2019\u2019notwithstanding the foregoing.<\/p>\n

The fact that Woodhouse has a happy outlook on life, a love of living, and never has “the mindset of being old” is another significant aspect of her glow.<\/p>\n
She is adamant that the things that bring us the most joy are also the most straightforward. I love wearing a bikini and going to the beach with my granddaughter, the woman said.<\/p>\n
