The Ghost Whisperer actress reportedly appeared in an Instagram image that her hairstylist Nikki Lee shared, <\/p>\n
and some online trolls immediately called the actress out for her altered appearance. This happened after Jennifer had her hair dyed a rich, <\/p>\n
dark brown and trimmed into a bob. Was time to liven things up, her stylist captioned the picture.<\/p>\n
As is typical whenever a celebrity alters their appearance in any way, the 44-year-old’s followers were eager to leave comments in the space provided. <\/p>\n
While many of them were flattering, some also made attempts to denigrate Love Hewitt by claiming that she had undergone plastic surgery.<\/p>\n
Some people referred to the actress as \u2018unrecognizable\u2019 after she starred in the 1997 film I Know What You Did Last Summer, which helped launch her career.<\/p>\n

Now, while it’s typically accepted practice for celebrities to simply ignore their opponents in such situations, <\/p>\n
Love Hewitt made the decision to respond to them by releasing a series of images that played on the concept that <\/p>\n

Naturally, Hewitt’s face was covered with a variety of filters in the humorous photos. The actress <\/p>\n
urged people to use kindness when leaving comments on other people’s images, however exaggerated they may be.<\/p>\n
Let individuals be filtered or unfiltered, she wrote as her final statement. Be decent. Be considerate. Share love.<\/p>\n
Love Hewitt’s beauty came under scrutiny earlier this year after she tweeted a photo to celebrate her 44th birthday.<\/p>\n
