She really had two stents implanted in her heart after the physicians discovered a 90% blockage in the main artery leading to the blood-pumping organ during a cardiac scan. <\/p>\n

Lucci admitted to People, \u2018I didn’t realize how close I came to a fatal heart attack,\u2019 before disclosing that her disease was actually genetically inherited from her father’s side. <\/p>\n
Lucci has since started to pay closer attention to her health, but when she felt out of breath and <\/p>\n
experienced jaw and chest discomfort in January 2023, she was once more afraid to seek the doctor. <\/p>\n
\u2018I found it hard to believe. I went back to all those things after telling women for three years not to be frightened to call the doctor and to put themselves on their to-do list, she added. <\/p>\n
This time, as a result of all the cholesterol she consumed during the epidemic, 80% of her arteries were blocked. <\/p>\n
\u2018I almost refrained from talking about it because I felt so embarrassed of myself. But it serves as a reminder to remain watchful, she said. <\/p>\n
Lucci has sadly had to deal with grief in addition to dealing with health concerns. According to People, her husband Huber passed <\/p>\n

Lucci made a statement by donning a necklace made in partnership with the American Heart Association (AHA) for the “Empower Your Heart” jewelry line. <\/p>\n
The sterling silver heart necklace that Lucci was sporting, according to Tiary, is a component of the American Heart Association’s Life Is Why Campaign to promote heart health. <\/p>\n
From now until the end of 2023, 25% of the sale price of the pendant will go directly to the campaign. <\/p>\n
\u2018The heart-themed pendants are reminders for women to listen to their bodies,\u2019 Lucci said.
