Reeves is a well-known actor, yet his artistic expression extends beyond acting in motion pictures. <\/p>\n
He is a director as well as a musician. When Reeves played a little role in the Canadian sitcom \u2018Hangin’ In,\u2019 his acting career took off. <\/p>\n
He later appeared in a number of movies, including \u2018Brotherhood of Justice\u2019 \u2018River’s Edge,\u2019 \u2018The Prince of Pennsylvania,\u2019 and “Permanent Record,\u2019 to name a few. <\/p>\n

Reeves had a passion for music after making strides as an actor and founded the band Dogstar to launch his musical career. <\/p>\n
Four people, including Reeves, Robert Mailhouse, Gregg Miller, and Bret Domrose, formed the alternative rock group Dogstar. <\/p>\n
The group set out on a lengthy tour of the US and Asia in 1995, opening for David Bowie at his performance at the Hollywood Palladium. <\/p>\n
After Miller eventually left the group at the conclusion of their tour, the surviving three members recorded and released \u2018Our Little Visionary\u2019 as their debut album in 1996. <\/p>\n

A second album called \u2018Happy Ending\u2019 came after that, and the band disbanded. Two decades after they split up, in 2022, the band made an Instagram announcement about their reunion. <\/p>\n
They played in front of an audience for the first time in nearly ten years at the BottleRock Napa Valley music festival, <\/p>\n
just a year after the announcement. It was followed by the publication of their single \u2018Everything Turns Around,\u2019<\/p>\n
the start of their North American and Japanese tour, and the release of their third album, \u2018Somewhere Between the Power Lines and Palm Trees.\u2019<\/p>\n
Reeves and the rest of the Dogstar band were in Houston, Texas, on September 25, 2023, for their performance at the House of Blues. <\/p>\n
